Delivery Information

We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders over £20.


For orders between £0.01 and £7.49, delivery is charged at £3.99.


For orders between £7.50 and £19.99, delivery is charged at £5.99.

BaByliss & BaByliss PRO

Orders for all BaByliss & BaByliss PRO items (excluding CustomFX) will be dispatched using DPD's next day service once processed at our warehouse.


We aim to dispatch all orders with in 2 to 3 working days of confirmation of payment of your order*. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery of your order.


Spare Parts & Accessories

For purchases of spare parts, we use a combination of DPD and Royal Mail (depending on the size and type of product).

CustomFX

All of our CustomFX items are assembled to your specifications at our factory in Italy. As a result, they can take longer to reach the UK. Please allow up to 45 days for delivery of CustomFX items. Once an items has entered assembly, we will be unable to cancel or amend the details.


Please note that Custom FX orders placed in August will not be dispatched until the first week of September.


IRELAND

We are currently not able to offer delivery to the Republic of Ireland from babyliss.com.


*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally technical updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, may mean delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. BaByliss cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
